In order to make products readily available around the world, Freeset has sales teams and partner distributors in certain countries who operate on our behalf. These partners are critical to our success, and operate as the exclusive supplier of our products in those regions.
If you are ordering products for delivery into a country where we have an existing sales partner, then we request you to order through them. If you are from a region not serviced by a current partner, then this site is intended to help you place an order from Freeset
While Freeset accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers, international shipments are more complicated, and require calculation of taxes, fees and shipping costs. We want to make sure these charges are accurately calculated before you pay anything. When you place and order, it is forwarded to our customer care and logistics teams, who generate an invoice which includes all the final charges on your order. Freeset works with a broad range of 3rd party logistics companies to help us minimize the cost of shipping. The complexity of international shipping means it is difficult for us to provide you an immediate quote for a shipment.
When you place an order with Freeset, your order is reviewed by our logistics team who reviews the cheapest delivery option. Our team will include a formal shipping cost quote in the invoice it will send you by mail. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping cost you are being charged, please email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email from our customer care team within 48 hours to follow-up on your order. You can email them at anytime if you have any issues with your order. If you do not receive an email from the customer care team within 48 hours, please email email@example.com. If possible, please include your Order ID# in the email to help us track your order.
If you want to add more items to your order, you can place a second order on the site. When customer care emails you, simple tell them to combine both orders into one invoice. Customer care can send you one bill and one shipment for the total order.
If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, simply notify our customer care when they email you about the items you want cancelled. They will then accordingly void those purchases and you should receive a notice informing you of the change.
